As a patient, I feel that 'people' at the surgery really do care. The telephone receptionists are always helpful. An effort is always made to find an appointment asap and the doctors listen to our concerns.

The doctor (Roman), I saw on Tuesday went the extra mile. I had a plastic filter hearing aid cap lodged in my right ear. Later in the morning I came home to find a message Dr Raman had booked on appointment with me at A and E. Surgical assessment for the next day. The cap was quickly removed, I was very grateful. A. Appointment made.

Caring staff, very helpful and mostly kind. My husband has dementia and the staff were very understanding.
